My friend just got caught speeding in New York. However, he only had my license on him (long story). I guess he wasnt thinking and showed him the license in his wallet, which was mine. Now they have my info for having sped by a considerable amount. What should I do. I was thinking just go to court and tell them of the mix up. Will that fly? If I were a judge, I would think thats pretty shady if we're switching ID's right in front of him.
