11.5-12 OTD means about 9k. be prepared to add approximately 15 percent over the price of the car for tax and fees.

this is the reason you can buy it cheaper off the street... no fees and no recon.

i would be happy buying that car for around 13-14k OTD from a dealer or about 12-13 w/tax from a private party.
