I have a bad rash on my right wrist from a rubber band(I think I'm allergic to rubber). Anyway, it really itches and its not getting much better. I've been putting Benadryl Itch Stopping Gel on today but it doesn't stop the itching much. Any suggestions to stop the itching and to let it heal? Cut open a Vitamen E pill and pour it on it?
