Default del Sol pricing

I've taken a look at a del Sol in my area that I'm interested in, and I'm wondering if the price being asked is reasonable. Its a '97 Si with 109xxx; lowered 1" on Tokico (blue? I'm not sure the difference in Tokico struts) struts, with a CAI and 2.5" catback.

The interior is in good shape; but there's a lot of little problems with the car. Every body panel has a few little dings, and the hood & front bumper are scratched & chipped pretty badly. The roof seals look okay, but I haven't checked them myself (no access to a hose when I looked at it).

The windows are all a little slow to go up; the driver's side stops about 1/2" from the top and needs a little help to go up all the way. Since my '92 Accord does the same thing, I think a little lubrication is all that's needed there; let me know if that's wrong.

Based on the blue book descriptions, I think the car would be considered good condition. The price listed for good is ~4600; excellent is 5100. The seller asked for 5500 and we were able to tentatively agree on 5000; is this a reasonable price for a del Sol in the condition described?

Edit: I've checked a couple other pricing guides, and found that Edmunds valued the car at 5279 for "clean". I am in CA, and I've notice a couple other threads that the CA market is pretty high-priced, so I don't think the price we've agreed with is unreasonable. I'll wee what a mechanic says about the car.
