the zip ties are for the inserts that go for the stabilizer mounts.
you put the inserts in, and run the zip ties through the holes so the inserts don't fall out.
The rear mount does not use the zip ties. put the inserts in, and when you put your t bracket on. it keeps the inserts in place.
I'd go with the Prothane kits which does the sides mounts, and rear mount, and use the ES kit for the stablizier mounts up front. The driver side mount on the Prothane kit replaces all of the rubber. It also gives you a choice for street or race (stiffness of the urethane). I'm using race. Most people wouldn't find it comfortable.
Anyways. The rear mount is a ***** and a half, so have fun.
