Default First Civic (95 LX) few questions/problems.

Hey everybody. Just got my first civic here. It's in decent shape from what i've seen. Esp, considering the year and miles (164k). I just need some advice on a few problems I have had. See, I work for a local Tire distributor and Service center (In the warehouse) so I can get work done at a decent price. I had the radiator flushed and they noticed a small leak around the oil pan. I changed the oil when I got it home that day and it hasn't lost any since (about 2 weeks). How would you pin-point the leak to know if it is the oil pan only, or maybe something to do with the timing belt/rear main, etc. I do not know when or if the timing belt has been changed in this car.

Besides that, I changed the plugs out. They looked ok but going by the gap had been in there for awhile. Also, a few had fresh oil the threads. Which, I've been told is a sign of bad valve guides. Is it hard to fix this problem?

Got a CV axle replaced and since then have noticed some tranny fluid along the underside of the transmission. Could they have installed it improperly, or what? The leak doesn't seem bad at all. I check the fluid daily. None seems to be lost.

Tried replacing fuel filter yesterday, and could just not get that bottom bolt off. The top banjo is easy, however the bottom nut that connects the metal fuel line feels stuck. I tried to turn it using a regular 14mm wrench. Any tips on how to make it budge? I thought maybe taking the air filter hose off may give me the clearance I need to get it. Ran out of daylight yesterday, so couldn't try that. Just don't want to force anything.

Well, I think that is about it. Honestly I think this is a good little car. It runs good. I just need help/advice on what to maintance to keep it running. I plan to have it for a good while.
