Well, your condensor fan would worry me. That fan should click on no matter what when the a/c turns on. I would check the wiring. Then check the fan itself by hot wiring it. Then if the fan works, check the relay. Also, I would check the fan switch for the radiator fan and then the same items I stated to check for the condensor fan. You might want to get your hands on a helms manual to better assist you. Check out the sticky in the Civic forum that says "online resources." There is a link to d/l a helms manual in there.
