Ill post pics up after I get home from work, but in my integra I was stopped at a stop sign and a idiot behind me didnt. He hit my bumper pretty good. I couldnt pop it out for a few days later because I needed to wait for insurance to do their thing. After that I took it to a few places and they wanted $300 to replace the bumper cover +paint and labor, and said it couldnt be popped back out.

So it was a hot day...about 90 or so out, grabbed a 2*4 and from the back just popped it out. Grabbed a hair dryer for a couple min and warmed it up then let it sit in the sun. Within a few days of normal driving in the summer it totally popped back out and looked normal besides the scratches in it.

So my advice is to get a hair dryer or preferably a heat gun and lightly "warm" the plastic up, dont get it hot or it will deform. Then just pop it out. If your picky, a little body filler and repaint and walla.
