Well the paint is not in bad shape. There are only a few minor, but noticable scratches and nicks but because of the shape of the wheel ( it has a deep polished lip) it'd be really difficult to repaint or refinish due to the angle of the spoke and covering the rim would prove more difficult. Just fixing the scratches and that one center cap would make the wheels decent again.
