Because just about everywhere else it's legal, some places don't even have/enforce a noise ordinance. Not that I have a loud exhaust. My point was that just because in CA it's not legal, doesn't mean it's not legal everywhere else. Anyway, it doesn't really matter since it's not the topic of this thread.
