I don't know about paint shops in your area...but if the Center cap is big enough, what they can do is use a Prophet machine. It takes a picture of the painted area, and gives a code so you can mix up paint that matches the wheel. Now paint shops do have books with all different colors in them, but it would take forever to match to a wheel with a non specific silver.
