What are your power goals and budget? The Best motor would be (IMO) a B18C5 or a K20. But thats looking at $4k+. Most realistically, get a B18B and boost it for around $2000-2500. That will net you anywhere from 200-250hp depending on how much work you want to do and how much power you want, and how much you want to spend. For around the same price, you can get a B18C swap (170hp all motor).

I decided to go with the B18C because I scored a killer deal and got the motor and trans for only $1600, with zero miles on it.
