Default Wheel paint help

I know that there are a couple of folks here that are paint savvy and I'm hoping if you guys could help me out. My friend acquired a set of old 16's in silver and there are a few spots on the wheels that could use a touch up.

The center caps could use some loving as well as those are color matched to the wheels. Now I was looking around to see if I could find some aerosol paint that would even come close to the color to no avail. It's a really light colored silver and I can't seem to find even a remote match.

I was curious if there are places I could go where I take them a paint sample and get the paint matched and be put in aerosol cans where we could give the wheels a nice touch up. The wheels are in great condition except for a few nicks here and there, so a complete strip and coat is not necessary.

Would automotive paint shops allow me to color match and purchase paint, but at such a low quantity (we only need one aerosol can of paint)? I was told that a minimum of a pint is needed to purchase to make a custom color and we don't need that much.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
