Yeah I think your right....I cut my calories down and i dont even think im taking in 2000 a day...I ran my weight and i should be taking in over 4000 a day to maintain where im at....I think im going to pick up a lil bit more on my eating...Im reall just trying to tone up and lose my belly. I know if i go back to my old eating habits i will gain tremendously but thats not what i want.
Eat in moderation man.
Breakfast is SOOOOO important. As is healthy snacking. You cant go wrong with fruits and veggies. all you can eat yo.
Albacore tuna... chicken breast.. fish... even some pork.
Limit to 1 major serving of red meat a week.
I cook with frozen c. breasts, ground turkey, salmon fillets and frozen veggies from costco. Any fresh seafood/produce I get from the asian markets.
I eat about 22-2500 a day.. weekends and drinking are what keep me down.
I have my priorities straight.
Straight to the bar after work.
