Any variation of the benchpress can target a large amount of muscles in the upper, outter, inner, and lower pectoral. Depending on your seated angle, you start messing with the shoulders and triceps.
If you mess with the cable machine, use the individual hand grips with 2 cables. Anything you do there will hit your entire arm, chest, back, and abs.
