If you're new to this, like myself, then I would suggest what others have told me - get cat-back exhaust, headers and CAI. Relatively not that expensive if you search a bit. Changing heads can be a difficult task for a newb, I'd imagine. If you want to do everything by yourself, then you're better off doing what I have written above. If you have someone who knows Civics quite well and can do the head swap for you then I cannot help you there
