I think it's like $75 for a shop to do them, but I'm not sure as I always did them myself. You really only need a 17mm deep socket and ratchet to turn the crank, spark plug socket and long extension to remove the plugs for easier and smoother turning, a set of feeler guages, a 10mm wrench and flathead screwdriver for the rocker adjustment, and a torque wrench that will go down to about 10 ft/lbs. I think the torque on those is like 12 ft/lbs, but I'd look it up for sure.
