Stage 2 cams are good, but you won't see the best gains from them without a better flowing manifold, higher compression, and some method of tuning. They will give you the gains you want with stock compression, but to have them idle and function correctly, they will need some way to modify the stock fuel maps and vtec engagement point.
Ok, so it was a crappy guestamation. What, 8hp? that was my original thought, but I wanted to give the CTR's more credit.
