I agree with getting an aftermarket organic clutch. A little more holding power, but a lot better wear, should last you a good long time.

Sucks that the tranny is grinding already at 35k. Just try to get used to it and treat it nicely. Eventually you may need a new transmission, but most B-series transmissions develop slight grinds and still last a good long time before needing to be replaced.
