If it's on a cold start then it's the FITV. It's underneath the throttle body, is held in by three screws and has a coolant line attached to it. Removed the three screws and the coolant line. Inside there is a springloaded plunger with a white ring around it. Use your fingernails or a a flat head screwdriver and turn the white ring. The plunger is basically threaded inside of the FITV. It can come out over time. When I removed my FITV the plunger actually fell out because it was completely unthreaded. I'm about 99% sure this is the problem.
