Cheapest way, get the motor, do the swap, get a good N2O kit, a P28 or P72 chipped. Get them tuned. Prepare to have around $4000 for everything I just said. It's the cheapest way

h22 lude in 13s is impossible with stock internals. John aka Nightshade has one, and he'll tell you how much work he put into it. The way you added up your numbers are wrong. Math doesn't apply here since each component compliment each others.
