oh man... there's tons of places down into SD that sell good pre-marinated carne asada. mmmm....when my mom went back to California last summer she brought a shitload of it back with her, i ate so much red meat my ass was mooing. i premarinated, then grilled with green onions, and peppers...goddamn that was good
