A V6 swap for your DC Integra is nigh-on impossible. You're looking at frame and firewall modifications, completely custom wiring and a set of custom mounts. You could esily spend $10k on such a swap and make about the same amount of power as a turbocharged LS or GSR.
The J-series V6s are much larger than the B-series Inline-4s. When combined with larger transmission, I doubt you'll have anywhere near enough width in the engine bay to mount the drivetrain.
What model Integra do you own?
A GSR? Or an RS/ LS / GS? 4-door or 2-door?
Where do you live? In California, your options are somewhat limited.
The most realistic option for an Integra of your model year is a bolt-on turbocharger. GReddy makes a CARB-legal kit for the DC2 & DC4 coupes, which can be installed on the DB7 & DB8 sedans as well.
