ok i have the same issue and found out that Water leaks onto the front floor (either or both sides) due to insufficient sealer on body seams. (1992-97) its from the the seams under the fender... i had a pic of it but lost it..... you might be able to go to your local honda dealer and ask them to print out the bulletin for you....
