I went to the orthodontist today. Soon I won't have these gosh darn things.

Anyway, I get the new lady. You know, the UB Dental school hopeful? She had no idea what she was doing. She puts the wire in by my molar and it doesn't slide in easily.

So she stands up and asserts the "I'm going to make war with your inner cheeks" stance with her plyers, wire, hunter green scrubs, and purple safety goggles. The stance is kind of like half leaned forward, elbows inward towards the stomach, wrists pointed up with the wire and plyers in each hand, respectfully. Simply menacing.

The end of the wire goes right into my gum. She goes "OMG I'm sorry I guess I should have shortened it more!"

the orthodontist was like "I guess so!"

I got a free tooth brush. It's worth it as long as I get a free tooth brush. If you want I can take pictures of my free tooth brush. It's purple and has his name on it.
