1997 Honda civc dx hatchback

new transmission or clutch recently installed by previous owner that showed proof of receipt but my brother apparently threw it out while cleaing the car when we got it.
Has A/C but apparently there is no belt attached to it... im guessing thats why its not working
The car has dog hair that i cleaned as best as i could, i could get a set of used front seats for $50 dollars if needed
Car has a apline 6-cd changer under passenger seat
There are a few dings here and there but nothing major
Back bumper has cracks shown in picture below
front bumper is cracked at the bottom as shown on picture. Previous owner hit a possom or some thing.
The car will need new rotors i believe since they are possibly warped since the car shakes when braking
The car still runs very strong and i havent seen a problem with it except exterior flaws.

I am asking $3300 OR BEST OFFER and will take into consideration the flaws, dog hair, brakes and stuff that might need to be replaced
