rick you so crazy. i know there are 2 new atoms in socal with k-series, but not sure if they pass smog or not. might just be because they are honda guys. i saw pictures of one of those that wrecked due to cold tires, cold ground and cold brakes, it actually held up pretty well. good luck on it man, at least you wont have to wax to much on it h:
