Adjustable camber is usually done by adjustable ball joints, either way it has to be achieved by changing the distance of where either the top or bottom of the spindles are in relation to the suspension pick-up points for either the top or bottom control arms, assuming the Subaru is double wishbone. That looks like it changes the angle of the coilover, which is caster I think.
