What access cover???? I have no idea what they're reffering to? I completely removed the glove box, I removed the passenger kick panel, I removed the passenger carpet....I Don't see an access panel????

Why the hell can't honda do like every other car/truck I've ever owned and place it in plain site underneath the steering column??
