i think the idea is that a girl dressing like a whorebag serves as a distraction to other classmates. imo, all kids' schools should require uniforms. that way kids don't waste time showing off the latest nikes, or any of that stupid bullshit, and girls don't waste time whoring it up for some attention. they just go in to learn. that is the point of school after all; to learn. it's not a damn fashion show. i don't know when it became acceptable as such.

i'm not saying schools with uniforms don't have their share of problems. kids are always going to want to rebel and bang and whatever. but with some serious ground rules in place, it's better than nothing. certainly better than having a bunch of knocked up tarts as half the graduating class.
