Um this has nothing to do with the timing belt. If your timing belt was off one tooth it would always run weird, and if it was off two teeth it probably wouldn't run.

"wired with new"

Turn the damn distributor back to the stock position. Clean the EGR ports, throttle body, FITV and IACV. Turning the dizzy is like putting a band-aid on a broken arm.

Why did you buy a car that runs so poorly anyway?
