They said that if their compeditors weren't so strong and had such good ideas, Microsoft wouldn't be what it is today. They benefit from FF. They got the idea of a tabbed browser from FF. Same with many other Open Source programs and compeditors like Mac.
I really dig firefox. But tabbed browsing was around long before FF. Just like the GUI was around before apple. The "aqua" theme idea was around before apple. Apple didn't come up with everything, they did plenty of refining and remarketing of a lot of things. Apple wasn't the first to put a diffrent GUI on top of *BSD or Linux or many other forms of *NIX. LiteStep for windows was a shell replacement long before apple did OSx. MS didn't come up with that, nor did Apple. Yet so many apple fanboys are so quick to jump and say that MS is stealing from apple yet are too stupid and close minded to look back beyond apple and see they didn't originate the idea.
