They may just be doing they're job, but my car and my buddy's car have both been stolen and State Farm didn't give either of us any sort of hassle. GEICO's focus is on lower rates (which would have actually been higher for me than State Farm), and not on customer service. Trust me, if you had a car stolen, the last thing you want is hassle from the insurance company. You've got enough other problems to think about.
Leave GEICO as soon as you get this straightened out. Nothing says more than walking with your $$$.
