$100k for that? Keep shopping for bids because that is outrageous. I know some builders and have been in that industry myself occasionally. What is the square footage of the project? If the bathroom isn't more than 150sq.ft. I'd say it shouldn't cost more than $20k, maybe $25k if you're wanting to use premium materials (i.e. marble, granite, etc.)
