i just say leave it where it is. no point getting into great detail aboiut a lawsuit. maybe if you all knew this was true for sure then i could see it. but how do we know for sure that people's e-mail's were sold or theor money sold. the spam could just be paranoia sinc eof yesterday. and people should really stop talking like they get so much spam it's only been a day so far since the incident!! you cant really stop spam all the time they will always find a way no matter what. i say just leave it be.
