I had a bum relentlessly asking for money once, i was going into a fast food place (dont remember where) and i went in and asked for an aplication. After eating, i walked out and handed the guy the aplication and the pen. The last i remember seeing him he was taking out the trash, so im assuming the place worked something out with him
