Me and two friends were outside a gas station across from the Webster Theater waiting to see a concert and a bum came up with a rusted coffee can full of mini American flags and gave one to my friend Jon. Then the bum walked over to someone pumping gas and the person denied the flag. As the guy was talking to the man at the pump we walked away and the guy ran across the street and almost got hit by a station wagon. Then he proceded to yell about how Jon needed to give him 2$ for the mini flag. Jon gave the guy 5$ and then he was gone. An hour later he came back drunk as hell and was talking about his parents and asking every person in the line for a cigarette. He must have gotten atleast 25 of them.
