if its anything like a del sol, you just unscrew the intake filter box, loosen the bracket that connects the stock intake rubber tube to the intake manifold and youve got the stock intake off. Then put the new intake on with the rubbber adaptor from the intake to the manifold and tighten it, and mount the intake pipe somehow, it should come with something to mount it with, and then slap on the filter. sorry if I explained that in a confusing manner, im not too familiar with civics. Make sure you never get the filter wet while your car is running.
