Even home depot tells you, "If you're gonna paint the walls, buy all the paint you need all at once." That's because they mix the paint you need to color match the walls. It's pretty much the same thing for automotive paint.

what he said... do it all at once. its the paint on the doors have already been there for a bit, open to the sun, dust, etc... the paint color/shade will be affected. so save up and do it
ALL at once.
