Not really. But like what was said before, when the paint is getting mixed to get your color, it's not the same everytime. So it might not match perfectly.
Even home depot tells you, "If you're gonna paint the walls, buy all the paint you need all at once." That's because they mix the paint you need to color match the walls. It's pretty much the same thing for automotive paint.
