i've moved into a place with someone that i didnt know. but he was a friend of my other roommate, which i did know. so it might not be the same. but he is cool and we're still friends. also after my friend moved out we had another person move in that we did not know, but it was one of my roommate's friend's friend. that ended up ok too.
