depends how you wanna look at it.

yes it is freedom of speech/press and because of this it is also freedom of video. But at the same time it IS technically breaking laws because it's giving people under the age of consent a very easy way to access "technically" illegal materials. I am a first ammendment whore... but i can see where the others will argue from.

You could always propose a solution like "scan your state ID into your computer for verification" and if you do not scan your idea... parts of the interenet that contain pornography (not swear words) are blocked.\
