Now I have to admit that while taking the ground wires off the motor to take it out, I can see that they're all old and rusted looking. I'd rather not put them back on the new motor. What's up the the ones on ebay? Comes to about $25 with shipping. If anything, they look better than the ones on the car, and ARE "healthier".

Any opinions? I'm the kind of person that taps wires when soldering together instead of twisting them together, so you I'm gonna change them ANYWAY. Just did a search on ebay and thought I'd run it here. 8-10hp gains? I'm not looking for that, but to have better wires, it has to help like better air filters help HP.
