On my average commute to CSUN, I'm averaging around 23mpg because it's all stop-n-go driving (2 miles ± each way). But on the (much) longer SF to LA runs, I'll get into the mid 30's. I take the car up to 85-90 and leave it there for the length of the I-5 corridor... conditions permitting.
My three-year average MPG is 26.505... so not too bad.
