I would say I wouldn't pay more than $350 for it. The downpipe is trash, but you will need the elbow that comes off the turbo if you want to retain A/C. The manifold is worth maybe $100 and the turbo around $250 without any shaft play.
It may be a little turbo, but even putting it on a stock LS at stock boost (which is 7.8 psi, BTW) will roast even *cough* bolt-on *cough* GSR's without a problem...especially those with JDM front ends.
