I've thoroughly researched superchargers in the past (because turbo is a handful on the autocross course), and the ATI Procharger is without a doubt the best designed supercharger on the market. Superchargers also create a delightful powerband, which, all bandwagoning aside, is uniquely fun to drive. Its just hard to justify the cost when the same basic power goals can be met with half the money when turbocharging.

My advice, go out and find some turboed and S/C'd hondas in your area, see if you can get a ride (SCCA autocrosses are a good place to look, as well as car meets and local forums), decide which you like more, and go from there.
