they hacked the shit out of the DVD drive and used a modified FM to get the job done. Since there's no way to soft flash the bios or firmware, they actually had to do alot of soldering.


I give it 3 more months until someone finds a way to do this via USB thumbdrive.

Another year, I'm guessing people will be ripping games directly to portable USB hard drives.
