i don't remember too well, but i saw as low as 85 in nevada and as high as 94 in indiana.
do you have AAA insurance? if you go to their office, they plan the ENTIRE freakin trip for you. they print out a custom booklet with maps, distances, directions, tolls, time, etc. or that microsoft map program is very useful too i heard.
