but i think if they had the phone conversation to meet for drugs and he met her that is probable cause for an arrest i dont think there is even need for a hand off once they get him he just has to have it on him and that is intent to sell. hell if i lived up there i would do it for you man. sorry was just trying to help
Trying to help by getting the guy in for assault too? Yeah ok. I think the guy is an asshole for doing this but you shouldn't pin other shit on him. Its too late for a drug test now. If she did do this and they proved he didn't hit her, then chances are the whole case would get dropped since they lied about that.

Yeah, ok. If I was this guy I wouldn't believe her. If they were going to go to the police, they should have done it by now, not two days after it happened. And if she didn't know he had drugs before this, what makes you think he would invite her in with drugs laying around?
