all she has to do is walk up to his car and as soon as he hands it to her the cops jump out yell freeze she jumps like she is scared and runs i have seen it happen. i dont think she would get stabbed but i understand why you would be worried.

but i think if they had the phone conversation to meet for drugs and he met her that is probable cause for an arrest i dont think there is even need for a hand off once they get him he just has to have it on him and that is intent to sell. hell if i lived up there i would do it for you man. sorry was just trying to help
